When Acoustic shifted it’s Global Sales and Marketing Kick Off Conference to a fully virtual event, we needed to find a way to keep the event as engaging and interactive as possible. Our solution: Acoustic GO.

Countdown to GO
This animation played before the virtual broadcast began. We start with a loading-screen inspired looping sequence to alert the audience that the broadcast will be starting soon. The music turns up at 1:00 to alert the audience that the broadcast is starting. Then, we end with a Countdown to GO, increasing excitement and engagement as the broadcast begins.
Physical and virtual backdrops
We gave the conference a branded screen presence, resulting in a connected and vibrant experience.

Roll-in content
Working with Wheelhouse Media, we repurposed content from our hero animation to create speaker introductions, host transitions, and to show key features of the agenda.

6-second bumpers
We created bumpers to fill gaps between speakers and keep the audience interested.
Outro
We wrapped up the broadcast with a final piece of animated fun.
